Christmas Lights in the Park
Stittsville District Lions Club has been adding the lights to the Village Square Park, corner of Stittsville Main St and Abbott St, since 2006, which was the 1st Christmas Parade of Lights. Every year since then, the Lions Club members, family and friends have worked on the lighting of the park. This year we have partnered with Stittsville Home Hardware who will be helping us to remove all the old lights and put up brand new lights. If you would like to help out, please join us Saturday Oct 28th 9 am and Saturday Nov 4th 9 am in the park.
Parade of Light December 2nd/23
For 15 plus years, the Stittsville District Lions members, family and friends, walked the parade to collect food and monies for the Stittsville Food Bank. This year we will for collecting food and money again for the Stittsville Food Bank.
